HYROX is the world’s largest indoor fitness race — and our HYROX classes are designed to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence in a fun, supportive, and challenging environment.
These classes combine running-based conditioning with functional strength movements like sled pushes and pulls, lunges, wall balls, carries, and more. Every workout is coach-led, structured, and fully scalable.
No previous CrossFit experience is required.
Whether you’re training for a HYROX race or just want a high-energy, athletic workout, you’ll feel right at home.

Beginners are welcome. We meet you where you’re at.
Mondays: 7am, 12pm, and 530pm
Thursdays: 6am, 7am, 9am, 430pm, and 530pm
Saturdays: 10am
