CrossFit Teens




This class is open to ages 12–16 and no previous CrossFit or lifting experience is required. We intentionally keep the group small so each athlete receives plenty of coaching, individual attention, and support as they learn.
Athletes will review and learn all of the fundamental CrossFit movements, develop proper technique, and build a strong fitness base—all while having a great time training alongside peers. The focus is on safe movement, consistency, and enjoying the process of getting stronger.
Currently on pause for the summer months. Will resume in the fall.
